JUNIOR 3D ARTIST





Forge Reply is looking for a skilled Junior 3D Artist to be part of our team –a professional that will be working closely with the Art Director and the Design Team, in order to create high quality assets for a fantasy role-playing game.

As an Junior 3D Artist working in our team, you’ll need to be self-motivated, proactive and self-reliable, meeting both deadlines and expectations.

You must have an understanding of current videogame processes and a strong will to advance their skills and techniques.

Required Skills:

  • Produce high quality 3D assets.
  • Understanding of current game workflow and techniques.
  • Proficient in using Maya/3D Studio Max, Zbrush, Photoshop and any other relevant tools.
  • Independent, quality driven and solution-oriented way of working
  • An excellent eye for quality and sense of aesthetic.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Ability and willingness to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Willingness to relocate to Milan on a long-term basis.

Desired Skills:
  • Experience with animation and rigging.

3D ANIMATOR





Forge Reply is looking for a skilled 3D Animator to be part of our team –a professional that will be working closely with the Art Director and the Design Team, in order to create high quality animation content for a fantasy role-playing game.

As a 3D Animator working in our team, you’ll need to be self-motivated, proactive and self-reliable, meeting both deadlines and expectations.

Your tasks and responsibilities will be as follows:

  • Knowledge about development and art production workflows and tools.
  • Oversee and own significant portions of the In Game Animation and/or Cinematic pipelines, suggesting improvements to help achieve the projects goals (quality, time efficiency, optimum workflow etc).
  • Consult on game feature implementation where appropriate (Player control, Cover, Targeting systems etc) and contribute to the game design, including ensuring the animation assets created are according to gameplay requirements as well as art direction.
  • Be involved in evaluating and anticipate risks as they relate to the work of the animation team, communicating these to the CG Supervisor and/or leads.
  • Tests and tweaks animations in the game.


Required Skills:

  • 3+ years experience in videogames animation, commercial or feature film.
  • Excellent knowledge of Maya.
  • Good eye for motion, timing & quality, good quality awareness.
  • Game industry knowledge and a passion for high-end game art.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.


Desired Skills:

  • Experience with in-game animation and motion capture.
  • Experience with rigging characters.
  • Experience with engines such as Unity, UDK.

3D ARTIST





Forge Reply is looking for a skilled 3D Artist to be part of our team –a professional that will be working closely with the Art Director and the Design Team, in order to create high quality assets for a fantasy role-playing game.

As a 3D Artist working in our team, you must show exceptional skills in modelling, texturing and world building. It's also very important that you have an understanding of current videogame processes -and an attitude to advance their skills and techniques.

You will be asked to create high end and visually stunning assets, painting texture, and assembling worlds. You'll work with the team to make sure that both quality standards and deadlines are met.

As a Character TD/Rigger working in our team, you’ll need to be self-motivated, proactive and self-reliable, meeting both deadlines and expectations.

Required Skills:

  • 2+ Years in the games Industry, commercial or feature film.
  • Exceptional understanding of current game workflow and techniques.
  • Extremely proficient in using Maya/3D Studio Max, Zbrush, Photoshop and any other relevant tools.
  • Strong UV mapping skills with efficient layouts.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Willingness to relocate to Milan on a long-term basis.


Desired Skills:

  • Experience with animation, rigging and particle systems.
  • Traditional art skills.
  • Experience with engines such as Unity, UDK.
